Planning Required Local Authority Approved Planning Maps are designed to satisfy the mapping requirements of the majority of UK Local Authorities when submitting a planning application. They can be centred on any location in England, Wales or Scotland and are delivered as a PDF via email. All planning maps can be supplied with a matching Aerial Photo to aid your planning application, and come in four scales dependent on the Local Authority requirement: 1:200, 1:500, 1:1250, 1:2500. The 1:200 and 1:500 scale maps are the site plan, and the 1:1250 and 1:2500 are location plans. Both a site and location plan are required for a planning application.
