To view a PDF file you will require a program called Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be freely downloaded from here.

My planning map does not show the whole of the area that I require.

We have found that on occassion the local planning authority request a planning map at a scale that is not suitable for the property or land that is owned. In these instances the full boundary is not shown, and is required. Please refer to the table on the advice page to see which scale would be most suitable for your particular planning proposal and then discuss this with the local planning authority. We will refund any planning maps bought at the wrong scale. Please see the question below for more details.

I have received the wrong area.

Please delete the original file from your PC and contact us. We will arrange a refund through our system, which will be confirmed to you shortly by email. Once the refund has gone through, you will then be free to re-order the correct area. Please note that due to license restrictions we cannot simply change the area you have ordered for another area.

My screen reads, "Ooops you’ve requested a page that does not exist" when I try to download my planning map.
